*David is exhausted, physically and mentally, as he picks up his own letter and the one addresed to Richard, and heads to the bar again, asking for the key to Armand's room. Taking it, he heads up the stairs, and to a sleep uninterrupted by dreams, or so he hopes*

*David is sitting at the bar, his eyes on Charlie in the corner, and his heart is trembling. With a whiskey in his hand, he reaches once more to pull out his letter and reads it again and again, eyes wet.

He doesn't care who sees him*

It's a blur at first--flashes of movement like film played too fast, sounds sped up and slowed down. Then like an elevator coming to a stop, they're back.

Charlie, Joe, Broom, David, Svava, Scott, and even Sir Didymus still on his steed.

Back.

Just back, like they'd never left.

For a brief, very brief moment, a banner appears to be hanging over the Bar. It reads,

Welcome, Adventurers!

And as soon as it's seen, it's gone.
